I am a local artist in the north east Georgia Mountains. I mostly paint on wood that I first have drawn on, cut with a band saw and then sand. Usually, my art is of the wildlife up here, very rustic to fit for cabin decor. It is all original. Sometimes I paint murals for children and paint on canvas. My preference is to take requests for work, so each piece is original and there are no duplicates. Some of my work is at Yonah Treasures in Cleveland, Ga., otherwise we usually attend local arts and craft shows.
