My love of nature and the mountains lured me to Northeast Georgia from Ormond Beach, FL in search of the perfect place to create and paint. Now I live in Dillard and have my very own wood workshop that allows me to build tables, benches, stools and frames for my art and a fabulous studio with a fantastic view to paint on them and any and everything else. I work in acrylic on wood allowing the rustic texture of the wood create my canvas.
The passion I have the most for is wildlife. Since my talent is "God given" I have the perfect teacher right in my back and front yard. I am creating a mini farm so I can know animals better and be surrouned by nature all the time.
When I am not painting wildlife I do pet portraits, homes, murals, personalized greeting signs and even restoring a large antique R C Cola sign for a Lake Burton boathouse. Any of my originals can be made into Giclee prints in several sizes. I accept commissions. Bring me any object and an idea and I will try my best to be creative and paint it for you. I love to paint on different wooden pieces of furniture, rustic wood, and even logs and stumps!
